My vision: "Healthy leaders leading healthy organisations." I believe that we need more leaders (you and me) who, in a world becoming more complex, dare to step into (more) courageous leadership. 


My motivation: To help leaders grow into self-confident and emotionally healthy leaders, strengthen trust and Psychological Safety in their teams, and develop strategies to be successful in their businesses.

For many years, my professional background has been in management consulting, corporate development and coaching. My personal value system is based on a Christian world view. As coach and consultant I want to encounter people with respect, openness, honesty and appreciation. I will leverage my professional as well as personal experiences – last but not least as husband and father of three almost grown-up sons – for your organization.
